Floyd has been in the insurance business since 1972, born in Haywood County, he is active in community civic clubs and his church. Floyd is a Charter Life Underwriter (C.L.U.) and he works primarily in sales and the securing of company markets.

Susan has been in the insurance business since 1980, born in Macon County and has lived in Haywood County for 30 years. She is also active in community civic clubs, and her church. Susan is office manager, takes care of all accounting duties, and in sales of property, liability, life and health insurance.

Brandy Buchanan has been in the insurance business since 1998, and has been an agent for Haywood Insurance Service since 2003. Born in Haywood County, she is a licensed property and liability agent manager. She handles both sales and service.

Brittany Lyles Finke, has been with the agency since January 1, 2008. She is a licensed property and liability agent handling both sales and service. She also brings to the office her personal experience in clerical and office management.
